Carp in the pond? I had no idea there were fish in there.
You can see them cruising near the surface in summer sometimes. There are (or were) a small shoal of carp in the pond. Not sure how many survived the poisoning though. Judging by the size of the dead fish they were at least four years old. Hopefully there will be a few left come spring.
