On a long walk through Greenwich Park after this sunny weekend I saw rubbish carefully bagged in carrybags and place alongside rubbish bins filled to capacity. On the Heath rubbish was strewn all over a large area, dropped wherever people sat with their picnics…with one man with a hand picker-upper trying to clear as much as possible this morning. What is wrong with Heath users??? “Common” land and “common” manners??? if there were more rubbish bins would people behave better? Greenwich Park doesn’t have enough bins but you could see folks tried their best.
